Technic and safety in sport climbing
Outdoor sport climbing mainly takes place in a cragA crag is a section of a rock wall that is already equipped for climbing and is very similar to a climbing gym, except for climbing on real rock.
Rock climbing means climbing a wall using natural holds in the rock. A climber needs to utilize knowledge and competence in the use of mountaineering equipment and proper climbing technique that allows for specific motor patterns.
