Starting from the sea and crossing the Sardinian countryside to visit Baronia, Barbagia, Mandrolisai, and Ogliatra, cycle in the Gennargentu and Supramonte areas in multiple directions and discover a unique territory in Europe. Go back down to the sea at Cala Luna, on one of the most beautiful and fascinating coasts and in the world and return by dinghy to the starting point. EFFORT
The route takes us to cycle on medium difficulty roads, generally dirt roads that are not too bumpy and almost never rocky.
In 300 kilometers of tour, only two or three kilometers have truly rough terrain. If it is too difficult to continue cycling, you can dismount and walk your bike for a few hundred meters.
However, it is important to keep in mind that to travel 60 kilometers a day for five days in a row, you need to be a person who is generally quite fit.
Furthermore, it is essential to have a certain familiarity with mountain biking. Otherwise, the new physical and mental commitments will be too excessive to be able to enjoy the pleasures of the tour.
